Although space is limited for dine-in. Pleasant experience for me. Good and quick service. Restroom is spacious and clean. Parking is wherever you can find. Accepts credit/debit card. Not child friendly. See images for reference.

Slow, Slow, Slow...they are down there putting on a performance. They don't have a clue about efficiency. Nobody in the line 5 people standing around waiting for coffee, and the 1 barrista is making one drink at at time. With them being in a business district and a transportation hub, you would think that they would have some sense of urgency. I have literally missed my bus waiting on an Americano...espresso and water. Its at least a 10 minute wait time for a drink. Dunkin Donuts on the other hand is fast, same block totally different experience.

Pretty slow overall with zero urgency. This is in a prime location near the Prudential Offices, Rutgers and other Broad Street attraction’s. You would be better off braving traffic on Passaic Ave and waiting 30 minutes in the Kearny Drive-Thru than go to this location.

I placed a mobile order for 2 cookies, and the app said they would be ready in 4–7 minutes. After waiting the full 7 minutes, I went inside and checked the pickup area but didn’t see my order. I waited a bit longer and noticed that customers who were ordering in person were receiving their items before me. When I asked if mobile orders were being prepared, the employee behind the counter responded with a nasty attitude, speaking to me in a disrespectful way while clapping her hands. I also noticed that I wasn’t the only customer she was being rude to. Another employee then joined in, making comments about Uber Eats and other orders instead of addressing the situation. After waiting about 20 minutes, a third employee finally checked and realized that my cookies had actually been sitting behind the counter already packed the entire time. They had just forgotten to place them on the pickup tray. The mistake itself would have been understandable, but the attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff made the experience very unpleasant.

Got my coffee alright, overall a typical location. Posting to let folks know that there is no parking on the street - but: there is an “employee-only” marked parking lot right behind, across from the Prudential building - and if you take a ticket from the machine, and bring it to the cashier at Starbucks, they’ll validate it for you, and you won’t have to pay for parking. Reducing stars for atmosphere only because there are no chairs and no place to sit in the branch, which may be understood since the street outside is kinda rough in terms of unfortunate folks hanging out in the vicinity. My drink was repeated as expected and was good, the parking ticket was validated on the spot.
